How can I log out?
The "Log out" button you can find at the bottom of the menu.
Where can I change my password?
1) Go to "My Profile" section in the menu on the left
2) Click the "Pencil" icon
3) Set up your new password
What if I forgot my password?
1) Below the password field click the "I forgot my password" button
2) Type your email and click submit
3) Then you receive the message with the reset password link
4) Create your new password and confirm
Where can I change my personal info?
1) Go to "My Profile" section in the menu on the left 2) Click the "pencil" icon 3) Change your personal info any way you want
Where I can find insights about my client’s activities?
1) Go to the customers section on the left menu
2) Search for the particular
3) Click on the name of the customer you are specifically interested in
4) And now you’re in a real heaven of all the data about the customer who interacted with your brand. Shopping summary - including the date of their first purchase. All the general information - that you can edit as well. A full list of suggested product for your customer. The product they recently viewed on your website. A full list of the products he bought. And finally the full history of all the activities he had with your brand.
What does the color around my customer's profile photo means?

In real life, each activity of the customer comes with certain emotions. They are a clear guide to how to approach your client. TakeCare takes this dimension into digital sphere.

Our algorithm tells you about your customer’s mood when they took that activity. Unfortunately, it doesn’t get sarcasms so some mistakes are possible.

However, it learns fast, and you can always just manually correct the mood and the algorithm will get insights to self-improve.

Where I can find a place to add information about my customer?
1) Click the avatar of the customer to get to their profile page
2) There you will find all the all the details about your customer’s activities as well as complex information about the products they are interested in, they bought, or viewed.
Can I answer to the comment straight from the main dashboard?
Of course! You can answer to any comment and post straight from the dashboard.
1) Move the cursor on the chosen activity
2) Click the reply icon
3) Type whatever you want and click "send" or simply click enter
Where I can check how many activities my brand has left to handle (in total)?
On the main dashboard you’ll see the "All activities left" section in the top right corner, next to the chart.
How I can forward the activity to another consultant?
1) Move the cursor on the chosen activity
2) Click "forward" icon (arrow)
3) Type the email address of the consultant you want to handle this activity
How I can close activity I don’t want to see anymore?
1) Move the cursor on the chosen activity
2) Click "close" icon (checked circle) - the action will be automatically closed
How I can see all the closed activities?
Go to the main menu on the left, click "Activities", and chose "All activities"
1) Under the chart you will see filter options
2) Click "All statuses" and choose "Closed"
What does the chart upper the main dashboard mean?
This is the place where you can see how high your awesomeness level is!
What does the line on the bottom of the activity mean?
Here, you can see the buying probability - it shows your customer’s potential interest in the product mentioned in the activity.
What does the line around the product in the "suggested to buy" section mean?
It shows the buying probability.
What does the line around the product in the "recently viewed" section mean?
It shows the buying probability.
How can I find a particular customer?
1) Go to the main menu on the left
2) Click "Customers" and choose "Individuals"
3) On top of the dashboard you will see a section with all the filters available
4) Click the "Search" field
5) Type the name of the customer you’re looking for and voooilà ;)
How can I add new customer?
1) Go to the main menu on the left
2) Click "Customers" and choose "Add individual"
3) Fill the form with all of his or her personal info
*only full name is obligatory
4) Click "save"
How can I merge two accounts of the same customer?
*Sometimes you'll receive the automatic suggestion to merge accounts that seem to belong to the same customer.
1) Go to the main menu on the left
2) Click "Customers", full list of all your customers will occur
3) Select a "merge" action above the customer table
4) The pop up will ask you to confirm the merge - click "merge accounts" button
How can I delete a customer?
1) Go to the main menu on the left
2) Click "Customers", full list of all your customers will occur
3) Mark the checkbox of the account you want to delete (you can use the search to find the accounts you’re looking for)
4) Click the "x" icon
5) Confirm you want to delete this customer
How can I delete more than one customer?
1) Go to the main menu on the left
2) Click "Customers", full list of all your customers will occur
3) Mark the checkbox of the accounts you want to delete (you can use the search to find the accounts you're looking for)
4) Click "delete" action
5) Confirm you want to delete these customers
How can I permanently hide spam mailing messages appearing on the dashboard?
1) On the main dashboard click the "hide" icon (crossed eye)
2) Confirm you want to hide this activity permanently
Why I see only 10 activities on my dashboard?
We use algorithms to select the most important ones and put them on top of your dashboard. No worries - whenever you finished with the first 10, the new ones will occur. :)
Where I can find my subscription details?
All the details regarding your subscription you can find in the “Payments” section, in the menu on the left.
Where I can upgrade my plan?
1) Go to the “Payments” section in the menu on the left
2) Click "Upgrade my plan"
3) Choose the plan you would like to have
Where I can check my payments?
Go to the "Payments" section in the menu on the left to see all your payments.
Where can I change my billings details
1) Go to the "Payments" section in the menu on the left
2) Click "Edit" in order to change your personal info and billings details.
